PROGRAM PHILOSOPHY

The philosophy of training at NFC IET is "learner oriented". This means that our emphasis is not only imparting knowledge to the participants but on accurately defining and measuring the level of knowledge and skills attained by the participant after completing the program. Our programs also demand a high degree of involvement from the participant in exercises, discussions, skill development sessions --all aimed towards making the shared learning experience as interesting and rewarding as possible.

PROGRAM METHODOLOGY

The program is conducted by a faculty of Engineers and MBAs with foreign training and with wide ranging work experience in organizations of repute. The approach to training is always from a general overview of the subject to the specific and from the abstract. The instructors utilize a multidimensional array of instructional tools to supplement themselves. These include case studies, video programs, exercises and discussion, programmed learning texts and sizable amount of state of the art hardware for hands-on-training, where needed.

PROGRAM REGISTRATION

Nominations should be forwarded alongwith the course fee to the "Director, NFC Institute of Engineering & Technological Training, P.O Fertilizer Project, Khanewal Road, Multan". Registration is confirmed immediately after nomination is received.
