Candidates are advised to report for Entry Test as per schedule and bring the Admit Card with them. No separate information will be sent by the Institute.

The candidates who are not overage and seeking admission in Engineering Programme and securing 60% marks or more in F.Sc., DAE/ B. Tech (Hons) or equivalent examinations and 100 marks or more in Entry Test become eligible for admission. As such, the eligible candidate should deposit the dues alongwith his/ her application form on time. No application form shall be accepted without dues.

The candidates seeking admission in Engineering Programme and securing less than 60% in F.Sc., ICS etc. or less than 100 marks in the Entry Test becomes ineligible. Applications of ineligible candidates shall not be accepted.

It should be clearly understood that dues deposited shall be refunded strictly in accordance with refund policy.

Erroneous admission due to typographical/computer error will be corrected accordingly and candidate is bound to accept the decision.

The candidate seeking admission in BS(CS) and BS(ES) program and securing 45% or more in F.Sc. Pre Engineering/ Pre-Medical/ DAE/ Intermediate with Computer Science/ General Science/ Commerce or equivalent becomes eligible for admission. The eligible candidates should deposit along with the application form on time. Applications shall not be accepted without the dues.

Foreign/ Overseas candidates may send their application forms through FAX/ E.Mail till last date and provide photocopies of the draft and testimonials besides showing original certificates at the time of admission.

Candidates should bring their original testimonials for cross checking before the commencement of regular class work.

It will be candidates' own responsibility to see his/ her Entry Test Marks on IET website.
