Entry Test (Engineering Programmes)
The Entry Test will be conducted in the subjects of English, Mathematics, Physics & Chemistry for F.Sc. (Pre-Engg) candidates seeking admission in the engineering programme.
DAE candidates for Electrical and Chemical Engineering will take Entry Test in English, Mathematics, Physics & Chemistry. The B.Tech. (Pass/Hons.) Candidates shall take entry test in the subjects of their respective DAE's.
Entry Test (BS Computer Science)
The ICS candidates or those who have studied Computer Science in lieu of Chemistry will appear in Entry Test in the subject of English, Mathematics, Physics & Computer Science.
DAE Computer Technology will appear in English, Mathematics, Physics & Computer Science subjects in the entry test.
The B.Tech. (Pass/Hons.) Candidates shall take entry test in the subjects of their respective DAE's. The candidates of BS(CS) shall appear in English, Mathematics, Physics and Computer Science.
Entry Test Marks
The The questions will be of multiple-choice type (MCQ). Each section of the test will have 25 questions and each correct answer will carry 4 points. There will be a negative marking and 1 mark will be deducted for each wrong answer. The total duration of test will be 1 hour. (15 minutes for each section). A sample test is enclosed with the prospectus.
Securing a minimum of 25% of the total marks assigned to the Entry Test by the prospective candidates of engineering programme will be mandatory to qualify it. This means that candidates of engineering programme securing less than 100 marks in Entry Test shall not be considered for admission. However there is no such criteria for the BS(CS) programme.
Entry Procedure (for both programmes)
The pre-numbered Admit Slip is enclosed in the prospectus. Your Admit Slip and the Admission Form have same serial number. You should retain the Admit Slip with you for the entry test and send us the counter foil of Admit Slip duly filled alongwith the bank draft of Rs.800/- in favour of NFC Institute of Engineering & Technological Training, Multan. On the date of Entry Test you should bring the Entry Test Admit Slip alongwith National ID Card with you. You will only be allowed entry to the test after verification of your identity.
Late Comers will not be allowed to enter into the Test Hall. Candidates are advised to bring their own ball points. Pens, calculators and erasers are not allowed.
Entry Test Fee
The Entry Test Fee is Rs.800/=. Please send this amount on/before July 09, 2012. Those failing to send Entry Test Fee will not be allowed to appear in the Entry Test.
You must send the Counter Foil of the Admit Slip Along with bank draft of RS. 800/- in favour of NFC IET, Multan on or before Monday, July 14, 2012.

Please do not forget to bring your admit slip & National ID card with you for Entry Test.
Venue
The entry test will be conducted at NFC Institute of Engineering & Technological Training, Multan. Candidates are advised to be present at the Institute premises at least one hour before the start of Test. All expenses regarding traveling and lodging in this regard are to be borne by the candidate himself/ herself. The Institute cannot provide any sort of assistance in boarding or lodging.
