NFC IET is very sensitive towards student affairs. Right from admissions through graduation, student guidance and counseling  is  provided not only by the Student Advisor, but also by the incharge Chemical Engineering, Electronic & Computer Engineering and Basic Science Departments. The Senior Resident Wardens are also available to listen to the students' problems.

IET endeavors  to  encourage  multi-dimensional  growth of the students to enable them to have a broader outlook and to spend their energies in positive directions.

The management of IET firmly believes that extracurricular activities play a vital role in nurturing the social, cultural and physical development of the young professionals. The extra curricular activities include sports, functions, fun-fair and IET magazine. IET has enhanced student participation under the guidance of student advisor and kind patronage of the director.
