Career planning and job placement

Although every individual is responsible for his own career, the Institute recognizes the importance of guidance for the fresh graduates at the initial level. The Institute has recently established an office to guide the students towards successful career planning. Mr. Nadeem Hassan, Assistant Professor is the coordinator of this office. The office maintains a database and literature of the major employers of engineering graduates. The students are informed about new vacancies through e-mail and by placing job ads. on notice boards. The students are helped out to prepare effective CV’s and manage interviews. The office helps students to choose work that is compatible with their unique skills, knowledge, personality and interests. Other faculty members can also be contacted for guidance and counseling.
