Our approach to training is
from a general overview of the subject to the specific, and from simple
to the abstract. The Instructors, having an average experience of 15
years in heavy industries, and specially trained in Japan for the
purpose of imparting such a training, utilize a multi-dimensional array
of instructional tools to supplement themselves. These include video
programs, exercises, discussions, programmed learning texts and
intensive hand-on practice. The outcome of such well planned training is
an operator/technician which one really require for profitable and
smooth running of plants. |
