The curriculum includes 9 months (1350 contact hours) In-House training and 3 months (450 contact hours) In-Plant training. During the first one month, each trainee is given an orientation course and general basic training. Thereafter the trainees are divided into two major groups of plant operators and maintenance technicians. As the training program progresses, trainee technicians are subdivided into their respective disciplines. |
