Following is the list of Documents To be Attached with Application Form

1. Attested photocopy of Matric/Equivalent Certificate

2. Attested photocopy of F.Sc./ Equivalent Certificate or a certificate from Head of College last attended certifying that

the candidate is likely to get through securing at least 50% marks in F.Sc. or 60% marks in DAE.

3. Attested photocopy of B.Sc./Equivalent Certificate.

4. Attested photocopy of Detailed Marks Certificate.

5. Recent Passport Size Photograph (3 Nos.) with your name and Form No. on the back of photo.

6. Medical Certificate from a Registered Medical Practitioner declaring the Candidate Fit (Physically & mentally) for the

course.

7. Attested photocopy of N.C.C/W.G. Certificate.

8. Attested photocopy of Hafiz-e-Quran Certificate.

8. Attested photocopy of Domicile.

9. Service Certificate of Father (in case of Reserved seats)

10. Proof of Registeration with Pakistan Engineering Council (for category N)

11. Affidavit from Parents/Guardian (for category K)

12. Address Form duly filled

13. Processing Fee @Rs.200/- per Category.

14. Entry Test Fee @Rs.500/=

15. Hostel Form duly filled

Documents To be Attached with Result Intimation Form

Candidates awaiting result at the time of Entry Test should fill up the “Result Intimation Form” and attach copy of their result and send it to us before scheduled date. The Result Intimation Form is available in Prospectus.
